The Space

On the first floor of a new wing adjoining the owner’s old farmhouse, the apartment has its own private entrance, walled courtyard garden, secure parking area and is beautifully finished and furnished throughout.

Steps lead up from the courtyard garden to a bright and sunny well equipped kitchen and dining area, with a two seater sofa, sloping beamed ceiling hung with pots and pans. Electric Oven, Microwave and Fridge.

Fresh brown bread, tea and coffee, homemade jam and fridge stocked with milk and butter are there to welcome you.
Hallway leads to the bathroom with corner bath and separate power shower with a feature floor of polished wood, slate and local sea stones.

Large bedroom lounge with extra king-size bed, two seater sofa, window seat reading corner, flat screen TV, DVD player, radio and CD player, hair drier and binoculars. A good collection of DVDs, books and music are there for guests’ use. The bedroom windows afford beautiful views of Westcove Harbour, Kenmare Bay and rolling fields.

All linen, electricity,refuse collection and unlimited free WIFI are included.
